The public is invited to Milkweed Health and Harmony Emporium, 202 E. Ninth St., for a Meet the Artists party from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday, July 26. The event will highlight many of artisans whose work is sold at the downtown store.
Along with its own merchandise, Milkweed features works by more than 15 local and regional artisans. Their goods include jewelry, pottery, paintings, woodworking, home decor and stained glass.
Many of the artists will be present to talk about their work, owner Julie-Anna Carlisle said.
Light refreshments will be served.
