Interim principals named to roles on permanent basis

The principals serve Millbrooke Elementary, Hopkinsville Middle and Christian County High School.

Three interim principals for Christian County Public Schools have been named to their roles on a permanent basis, district officials announced Friday.

They are:

  • Renikka Owen, Hopkinsville Middle School
  • Tyler Stallons, Millbrooke Elementary School
  • Megan Kem, Christian County High School

The appointments were made by each school’s site-based council after meeting with Superintendent Chris Bentzel, according to a press release.

“We are proud to officially welcome these three outstanding leaders into their permanent roles,” Bentzel said in the release. “Their hard work, vision, and care for students and staff have made a lasting impact, and we are excited to see what they will accomplish moving forward.”
