At its Tuesday meeting, Hopkinsville City Council received executive orders from Mayor Wendell Lynch for several board appointments. These are in addition to a large number of appointments to various boards and commissions that were approved at the council’s Jan. 5 meeting.
The orders received Tuesday are the following:
- James E. Bruce Jr. and Chris Spurr, reappointed to the Code of Ordinance Enforcement Board for terms ending Feb. 29, 2024.
- Dr. Robert Bastin, reappointed to the Hopkinsville-Christian County Airport Board for a term ending Feb. 28, 2025.
- Bob Cope, Marlene Dade and Eyvette Sellers, reappointed to the Hopkinsville-Christian County Conference Center Corp. Board for terms ending Jan. 31, 2025.
- Kate Russell, appointed to the Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library Board to fill the unexpired term of Bradford Carroll ending Aug. 31.
