History on Tap program on March 26 will feature local women

In recognition of Women's History Month, the program will feature short biographies of local woman who have influenced the community.

The History on Tap Program on Thursday, March 26, will be a celebration of Women’s History Month, the Museums of Historic Hopkinsville-Christian County announced.

“From politicians to teachers and from athletes to artists, this program will feature short biographies of local women who made a big impact on our community,” the museum said in a press release.  “Raychel Farmer, Francene Gilmer, Heather Lancaster, Tiffany Luna, Melanie Noffsinger, and Margaret Prim — all women who run nonprofits downtown — will be our presenters.”

The free program begins at 6:30 p.m. at Hopkinsville Brewing Co., 102 E. Fifth St.
