Heritage Christian Academy is hosting a retirement celebration for staff member Penny Gilkey, whose career mirrors the school’s history.
The celebration is slated for 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday, May 7, in the school’s gymnasium on Eagle Way bypass. Gilkey has worked for Heritage Christian for 32 years. The school opened in 1994.
