Hopkinsville Community College is preparing to showcase the works of regional artists again in the college’s auditorium building gallery.
“Art Gallery Coordinator Lanita Wilson has already booked the 2021 Pennyroyal Art Guild Annual Juried Exhibit for October and is looking for artists to fill the schedule in September, November and several months in 2022,” an HCC official said in an email.
The college seeks motivated artists to display two-dimensional work in the gallery that is adjacent to a 492-seat lecture hall that is frequently used for community events.
“Exhibits in the gallery are enjoyed daily by faculty, staff, students and community members,” the email notes.
Anyone interested in an exhibit should send sample art to Wilson by email to lanita.wilson@kctcs.edu or mail to Hopkinsville Community College, 720 North Drive, Hopkinsville, KY 42240.
