The Commonwealth Center for Fathers & Families will host the Western Kentucky Regional Fatherhood Symposium on Friday, April 25, at the James E. Bruce Convention Center.
The symposium will bring together “a coalition of leaders, advocates, and local community organizations to promote responsible fatherhood” in the region, planners announced on the organization’s website. “This one-day symposium will offer you the opportunities to: build partnerships, identify funding and resources, meet national experts in the field, hear personally from a panel of lived experience dads, and attend breakout sessions highlighting emerging practices and fatherhood protective factors to human trafficking.”
The symposium will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and there is no charge to attend. Registration can be completed online.
