The forum on March 5 is being organized by Focus 21st Century Minority Leadership and the Hopkinsville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta.

Although construction on the school continues, much of the building is completed. What remains to be finished is mainly cosmetic work, said Carrie Caples, the forum chair and an employee of Christian County Public Schools.

Caples told Hoptown Chronicle that the tour group attending the forum on March 5 will see “more of a finished product” to get a sense of how the school will operate for students.

The school will consolidate Hopkinsville and Christian County high schools. It is slated to open in August for the 2026-27 school year.

The campus is at Fort Campbell Boulevard and Lovers Lane. The parking lot entrance is on Lovers Lane.
