One Hopkinsville business and 12 homes (one for each council ward) will receive awards from the city for their holiday decorating, and local residents are encouraged to nominate entries, the Hopkinsville Beautification announced in a press release.
Nominations can be made online or by calling Hopkinsville Public Works at 270-890-0703. Nominations will be accepted until 4 p.m. Dec. 20. The winners will be announced on the Hopkinsville Beautification Facebook page on Dec. 27. The awards will be presented at the Jan. 4 city council meeting.
