The city of Hopkinsville is conducting a survey to gauge perception of the level of customer service the public receives for city services.
“We know the community has been approached with surveys often this year,” Mayor Carter Hendricks said in a news release. “However, we’re genuinely interested in your feedback and improving our performance, so please help (and) take a few minutes to reply so we … may serve you better.”
The survey is available online. It takes about five minutes to complete. It will be available through Nov. 29.
Additional information is available by calling the city’s Hoptown Hotline at 280-887-4000.
