The Christian County Health Department reported 13 newly confirmed coronavirus cases Monday, increasing the county’s total to 424. Of those, there were 151 active cases, 269 recovered and four deaths.
The number of confirmed, active cases by age group were:
- Youth (0-21): 36
- Young Adult-Middle Age (22-59): 94
- Older Adult (60-84): 17
- Elderly (85+): 4
The number of active cases declined by 31 between Saturday and Monday, according to the health department’s report. The number of recovered cases increased by 44.
The last death in Christian County attributed to COVID-19 complications was reported on June 25, which followed three deaths on April 8.
