Christian County Chamber of Commerce Eye-Opener slated Sept. 18

"Mile Markers & Milestones: A Community Road Trip," will highlight updates in infrastructure, economic development, quality of life and civic innovation.

The public is invited to hear from local elected officials and regional leaders during the Christian County Chamber of Commerce’s Eye-Opener Breakfast — dubbed “Mile Markers & Milestones: A Community Road Trip” — at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, at The Silo Event Center, 110 John Rives Road.

“Hear directly from mayors, city and county officials, and regional leaders as we navigate through key updates in infrastructure, economic development, quality of life and civic innovation,” organizers said in a Facebook post. “From ‘mile markers’ of where we stand today to the ‘milestones’ ahead, this annual event is your opportunity to stay informed, inspired and engaged.”

Tickets — $25 for chamber members and $30 for nonmembers — can be purchased online
