Legal matters that are important to small businesses will be the topic of the next Bar at the Bar talk with attorney Bob Ison at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30, at Hopkinsville Brewing Co.
“I’ll be doing a talk on small business entities and whether small businesses should consider doing business as a limited liability entity such as an LLC or corporation,” Ison told Hoptown Chronicle. “I’ll also cover what type of documents are needed for the different types of entities and best practices for limiting personal liability for business owners.”
Bar at the Bar is a periodic series of informal talks about legal issues of interest to the general public. There’s no cost to attend.
