Susan Shaw is professor of Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies at Oregon State University. She holds an MA and PhD from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, an MAIS in Women Studies and English from OSU, and a BA in English from Berry College in Rome, GA. She is the former director of OSU’s School of Language, Culture, & Society and the Difference, Power, and Discrimination (DPD) Program.
