Scott Horn

Scott Horn is a co-director of the Kentucky Open Government Coalition, a software engineer and an open data advocate. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Spanish and his master’s in Library Science from the University of Kentucky. He worked 16 years in public libraries and universities before transitioning to the private sector.
