Jiameng Zheng

Jiameng Zheng is an as­sis­tant pro­fes­sor in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness at Louisiana State University. Her work sits at the in­ter­sec­tion of en­vi­ron­men­tal eco­nom­ics, health eco­nom­ics, and pub­lic eco­nom­ics, and fo­cuses on us­ing large ad­min­is­tra­tive datasets and causal analy­sis meth­ods to ex­plore the so­cio-eco­nomic im­pacts of en­vi­ron­men­tal pol­lu­tion and the ef­fec­tive­ness of reg­u­la­tory poli­cies, with a par­tic­u­lar em­pha­sis on wa­ter-re­lated en­vi­ron­men­tal chal­lenges.
