The United Way of the Pennyrile will host its Campaign Awards Celebration marking the conclusion of its 2025-26 fundraising effort at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, at the Silo Event Center, 110 John Rives Road.
“The evening will include the presentation of two prestigious honors: the Beverly Whitfield Award and the J. William Flowers Award, recognizing individuals who have made a lasting and meaningful impact on the United Way campaign and our communities,” Melanie Quinn, executive director, said in a press release. “Additional awards will be presented to organizations for outstanding employee campaigns, increased campaign giving, and 100% participation. Area businesses will also be recognized for making the greatest impact in Todd and Trigg counties.”

The campaign’s Barbie-inspired theme, “Give Unlimited Possibilities,” has a goal to raise $715,000.
Campaign co-chairs Bri Smith and Abigail Landrum emphasized the Barbie theme and told supporters “anything is possible,” during a kick-off event in September.
The campaign raises funds for 16 partner agencies in Christian, Todd and Trigg counties.
