Hopkinsville’s Veterans Day Parade is Saturday

Community members who want to watch the parade traditionally line the sidewalks, especially in the area near the intersection of Ninth and Virginia streets.

Hopkinsville’s Veterans Day Parade will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9.

Veterans who want to participate are invited to meet at the Memorial Building, 1202 S. Virginia St., to assemble for the parade march to the Christian County Justice Center on East Ninth Street. Those who do not want to walk will be able to ride on a float.
