The Downtown Farmers Market is having its first ever Bike Night from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 26. It is a free event for motorcyclists and others at Founders Square, Ninth and Main streets.
One of the events planned for the night is a “blender bike competition” put on by the Christian County Extension Office. Participants will use specially equipped bicycles to blend smoothies using ingredients from local farmers. Free smoothie samples will be given out.
Food trucks will be present, and beverages will be available from MB Roland, Casey Jones and Hopkinsville Brewing Co.
