School district slates vaccination clinic

The second-shot Pfizer clinic is for people who got their first shot from a district clinic on Aug. 5 or 16.

A COVID-19 second-shot vaccination clinic will be offered from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 9 in the Christian County High School cafeteria for anyone who got their first Pfizer shot at the district’s clinics on Aug. 5 or 16. The second-shot clinic is for only those individuals, district spokesman John Rittenhouse said in a news release.

The clinic will be conducted by Wild Health. Appointments are required, and registration is offered online. A parental consent form is required for everyone under 17.

Everyone should park in front of the school to enter the clinic.

Additional information is available by contacting the school district’s health director, Megan Kidd, at 270-887-7000.
