Christian County’s coronavirus total increases to 155 cases

The county total includes 37 active cases and 115 people who have recovered from the virus.

The Christian County Health Department on Saturday reported three newly confirmed cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus. 

The county’s total was 155 with 37 active cases, 115 recovered and three deaths. 

The number of confirmed, active cases by age group are:

  • Pediatric (0-21): 3
  • Young Adult-Middle Age (22-59): 27
  • Older Adult (60-84): 7
  • Elderly (85+): 0

The state reported 315 new cases Saturday, increasing Kentucky’s total to 12,445. Gov. Andy Beshear reported that 3,409 people have recovered from the virus.
