Christian County had one newly confirmed case of COVID-19, the respiratory disease caused by the novel coronavirus, on Sunday, the local health department reported.

That brings the county’s total to 111 cases: 19 active, 89 recovered and three deceased.
The number of confirmed, active cases by age group are:
- Pediatric (0-21): 5
- Young Adult-Middle Age (22-59): 12
- Older Adult (60-84): 2
- Elderly (85+): 0
By race, the cases include 89 white, 21 black and one Asian, according to the health department’s records.
